1. Purpose

DocuCloak is a SaaS service that detects and redacts personal data in PDF documents automatically, using rules and artificial intelligence models.

2. User account

To use the service you must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

3. Plan and credits

The service works on a credit system, where one credit equals one processed page. The Free plan includes 5 one-time credits to try the tool. The Pro and Business plans are simulated recurring payments while the payment system is in demo mode.

4. Payment demo mode

Plan changes are currently a simulation. No real charge is made and no card data is stored.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use DocuCloak to process documents you have no right to handle, nor for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

DocuCloak helps detect and redact personal data, but does not guarantee 100% detection of all sensitive data present in a document. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the result before using or sharing it, especially for documents with legal or contractual relevance.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service itself.
